A one-story cottage with a small but functional area was originally designed for one person. At the same time, a family can fully accommodate here. The house has two bedrooms, a large open living room, two bathrooms, a furnace. A carport has been designed for the car. There is also a small garage for a motorcycle and garden tools and access from the house to a spacious terrace of almost 25 sq.m.

Today the cottage has already been built using the technology of monolithic construction and fixed formwork Passive House Block.

Architectural project

The faсade is made of flexible ceramics in the form of chipped stone combined with plaster. During the construction of this house we used modern technology of remote mounting of windows, which allows us to maintain the energy-saving characteristics of the building.

Visually, the roof seems flat due to the wooden parapets located along the perimeter. However, a slope is provided inside, in order for rainwater or melted snow to drain. The drain in this case is open, but in general it can be hidden without problems in a heater and nothing will be visible in this design.
