The design project of the cottage was developed for a young man with rather bold taste preferences in design. What we were very happy about! The question of style was not long in coming. We design a loft.

The house will be growing, which means that the first floor will be built first with an entrance hall, a technical room, a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room kitchen. In the future, a second residential floor will be completed, with three more rooms and bathrooms.

We thought out the stages of all the work in advance and used the place of the future staircase, immediately making it so that the area would not lose its functionality.

The painting became one of the main accents of this room.

Before starting work, we were inspired by the gorgeous industrial photographs of Grigory Veprik. One of the aerial photographs of salt marshes adorns the kitchen-living room. Bright, contrasting, rich color of the canvas will make your blood boil.

Opposite the fireplace is a soft sofa that softens the roughness of the color. He's insanely comfortable. It would seem so simple, but at the same time so original. It perfectly underlines the style of our interior and the excellent taste of the owner.

More and more homeowners are willing to accept open concrete surfaces in living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. But this often comes in the form of a concrete floor.

Today we are looking in a completely opposite direction, shedding some light on the concrete ceiling - mixing with modern aesthetics. The polished and smooth surface for the concrete ceiling blends in well with the kitchen-living room and adds lightness and airiness to the interior. In this project, we combine a concrete ceiling with exposed concrete walls and dark surfaces to create a modern industrial living space.

Concrete has an undeniable industrial look, so in order to make the concrete walls look comfortable and cozy, we used wood as a finish for flooring and furniture.

AT THE END OF THE DESIGN, THE CLIENT SAID THAT HE COUNTED WITH A BIG DESIGN PROBLEM, BUT IT IS: "I ALREADY WANT TO LIVE THERE!"
