PASSIVE HOUSE® - BUILDING PASSIVE HOUSES
According to its structural properties, monolithic reinforced concrete is the most durable material, it is 6 times stronger than a gas block
With the same wall thickness, passive house block® has much better thermal characteristics, exceeding the gas block and brick by 3-5 times.
Inrease your interior space using same construction project
Extreme energy savings! The cost of heating the house 100m2 only 50USD per year
The construction of a passive house is a competent design using traditional materials, it will not be more expensive than a brick house
The cost of alternative energy is paid off many times faster, thanks to the extremely low power consumption
WHAT IS A PASSIVE HOUSE?
Passive House Standards
Passive house - (German Passivhaus, English passive house) is the result of a set of technological steps, and, first of all, design. The main feature of the passive house is the lack of energy for its heating from the outside. This is achieved through effective thermal insulation of the building, a well-designed ventilation system with energy recovery.
The indicator of energy efficiency of the facility is the loss of thermal energy per square meter (kWh / m²) per year or in the heating season. The average is 100-120 kWh / m². Energy-saving is considered a building where this figure is below 40 kWh / m². For European countries, this figure is even lower - about 10 kWh / m².
The reduction in energy consumption is achieved primarily due to a reduction in the heat loss of the building.
In simple words, a passive house is a house so warm that its energy consumption costs no more than $ 150 per 100 m2 per year. This house was properly designed, has excellent insulation, ventilation and is heated by alternative energy sources.
Warming of the passive house walls
An integral part of the construction of any energy-efficient house is an external insulation. The main sources of heat exchange are walls, roof and windows.
Warming walls is done in various ways - ventilated facades, wet facade, use of air layers, often use building material that claims to be a heater and a construct in one set - for example, gas block or blocks of ceramic bricks without further warming (or minimum insulation 100mm mineralwool)
Each of the ways has its right to life, but the quality of wall insulation for a passive house is critical, so only the best decisions benefit from a dry language of figures.
Based on the thermal conductivity of various building materials, it is very easy to make a real picture and calculate the heat loss of a particular object. Having a great practical experience of construction from all available materials on the market, we have selected the best material for a number of factors - thermal conductivity, environmental friendliness, cost - this is Neopor.
To obtain the allowable heat losses of the enclosing structures (for energy-efficient construction), a 300 mm thick insulation must be used. Technically, in practice, the installation of a heater of this thickness is quite costly, the only economical solution is the use of blocks of fixed formwork
PASSIVE HOUSE IS IT REALLY
Applying various construction technologies, we are looking for the perfect combination between cost, quality and efficiency. An energy-efficient house will make your life much easier, its cost part is so small that building a house with an area of more than 300 m2 will not hit your pocket, as it is now with obsolete technologies.
We present to your attention the best and not having equivalent in the market of Ukraine building material - Passive house block®
The material allows you to build houses without a single cold bridge in the walls, combining in one technological stage the erection of walls, internal plaster and thermal insulation of the facade by one of the best heaters in the world Neopor®
Материал позволяет строить дома без единого мостика холода в стенах, объединяя в одном технологическом этапе возведение стен, внутреннюю гипсовую штукатурку и утепление фасада одним из лучших в мире утеплителей Neopor®
LINE OF VARIETY OF UNIQUE FORMWORK BLOCKS:
- With different thickness of external insulation 50-300mm
- Corner blocks
- With a heater of mineral cotton wool
- With replaceable inner part of OSB, indoor plaster, where gypsum finish is not needed
- Blocks for erection of internal bearing walls and columns
- Foundation blocks
PASSIVE HOUSE IS YOUR DESIGN
Despite its name, the technology of building a passive house does not provide for flaws in the design. Such houses are no worse than the usual, on the contrary, all modern passive houses are built on modern architectural projects, where design plays an important role. Particular attention in such houses is given to the facade, roof and windows, which in principle is the image of the house from the outside.
COST OF THE PASSIVE HOUSE
Another myth is the allegedly inflated price for the construction of such houses. In any construction, prices grow where there is little control, there are unnecessary costs and there is no design of the project. A passive house can not be built without designing, and where the project is, there is order. In practice, it turns out that building an energy efficient house is even cheaper than usual. Here is a small example.
Imagine that in the same area 2 identical houses are being built - one in the old-fashioned manner, with minimal insulation (10-15 cm), the second with a Neopor® insulation 30cm (which equals 36cm mineral wool or polystyrene foam). In the first house, the installers of the windows worked according to the standard installation scheme, and in the second they worked according to the technical design with the euromontage and the removal of the structure into the insulation, and not by the "foam" installation in the window opening, adjoining the wall. In the second house, the recovery in the ventilation system was added and a heater in the roof was added. As a result, the box-roof-box kit turned out in the second house is more expensive at 5% of the cost of the first. Of course, at this stage, both houses are not yet in operation and now heat engineers have come to analyze the power of heating for these two houses. They took into account the number of radiator batteries, warm floors, the power of boilers, heat pumps, solar collectors or panels. Already at the stage of the engineering solution for heating two houses their cost equaled. Those. the house, for heating of which almost no funds were needed, was cheaper. In 5-10 years, the difference in the operation of these two houses will be a solid amount, but even now you are saving on capital construction.
In addition, using the IQ Energy program, you receive compensation up to 3000 Euros on every shock of implementing energy-saving technologies - passive house block® is included in the list of such goods, in the same place window systems, roof insulation, heat pumps and so on.
Passive house will not be more expensive than usual already at the stage of settling, its construction will not take more time, its design will be much better than most houses that we see every day. Outwardly it will be just a beautiful house.
